1. Introduction

Welcome to acs365. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the acs365 platform, including the website at acs365.app and the acs365 mobile application. By accessing or using any part of the acs365 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

3. Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on acs365. If acs365 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or bonuses associated with those accounts may be forfeited. The primary account may also be subject to review.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your acs365 account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login credentials with any other person and logging out of your account when using a shared or public device. acs365 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits

The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions on acs365 unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your acs365 account as bonus funds, which are separate from your real money balance. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
